Knee pain
Hi Karenle , what week are you on? Are you having rest days in between your runs? Are you stretching before and after? Are you drinking enough water? Are you wearing the right shoes? All these things can help and make such a difference to our bodies as running becomes part of our lives x
Hi yes to stretching and water. Having day of each run. Now on week 4. Got proper running shoes now which have helped a lot. Still have some pain still - using power band to help stretch muscles in legs and knees - this is helping too.

I had some knee pain also and I got some knee support from eBay. 😊
Normal. Ibuprofen one hour before a run. It’ll go in a week or so.
