Say no to day two blues.

Wasn't feeling too good for day two of week 6, but i got myself out of the house and out onto the road. Fairly happy with the session, maybe a little slower than say one, but its in the legs now. Looking up at the mountain that's day three and 25 whole mins😲😲😲😲😲

Week 6 really pushes you on, but look how close you’re getting to that half hour! Don’t worry about speed; it’s unimportant at this stage. Slow down as much as you need to and you will do that 25 minutes. 🎉

Hi Guitarpicker61, you're doing well. You did run 2 even though you'd rather not, so don't fear run 3...don't even think about it too much, just put on your running gear, put on your shoes and 'just do it'. You can, you're ready, just go slow and steady. Good luck and happy running 🌻🙂

Thank you Gran4z. Feeling ready too. I wanted to avoid the "I'll do it tomorrow" thing.

I frequently get the I'll do it tomorrow feeling, so far I've mostly been able to over-ride those little gremlins - one day they'll get me, possibly, maybe! Happy days ;)

Keep an eye out for them and take evasive action if necessary 👌
