That was a killer!!! The last run had me dying on my last legs but there was no way I was going to stop or even slow down (admittedly I’m not running that fast anyway). Pure stubbornness got me through that last stint lol!
Looking back to week 1 I wasn’t quite sure how I was going to run for 60 seconds...this sure does work!!!

I can’t believe I did it. I thought I’d go for it but would miss the last 5 minute run but I get good and managed. I’m finding it easier than week 1 and 2. I ACTUALLY quite enjoyed it
I know exactly what you mean!! I wondered if I’d even be able to manage 5...it killed me but I did it! And you feel even better at the end of it knowing you’ve pushed yourself! Keep that end goal in mind!! 😘
