Back in January I set myself a goal of doing 5k and went ahead and booked myself onto a run. Downloaded the app and off I went but with all the bad weather a little while back I kind of lost momentum and motivation (I'm still not 100% sure I even enjoy running 😂) I have found myself stuck at w6r2 for a bit now. Yesterday was race day (I can't believe I actually paid for a race!) And to my surprise I managed to finish it -36.09 with only a couple mins walking (there was a big hill). So I guess my motivation has come back knowing I can do it and it's time to pull my finger out and get this app finished so I can graduate from it 💪💪💪💪

Congratulations on your first 5k run... and bloody good time too! Be careful now and stick to the plan... get the injury risk back down... there’s nothing to prove any more!
So, you know you got this... and that 10k start line isn’t too far away 😂. Enjoy closing the plan out.
That's brilliant! I have graduated but I haven't managed to run 5k yet. I'm pretty slow ! I've decided not to worry about that and just keep running for 30 minutes or so three times a week and consolidate it. You have inspired me though. Maybe I should have a go at a park run ?!
Go for it! They are meant to be good and they are a free! I'm amazed I managed to run as much as I did but I was bouyed along by the others runners! You'll smash it!
