20 minute run in the bag

Today I did my first non-stop run.

Run 3 of week 5 looked daunting and I've been a bit worried about it all week, but I needent have worried at all, it went really well. I started a little slower than usual and settled into a nice rythem of jogging and breathing. I just can't believe how easy it was, or how quickly the time went.

Bring on week 6

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
