28 minutes- the key is being focused and a bloody good podcast- I'm not going too fast, but really happy I've managed both runs of this week without faltering- looking forward to the better weather and maybe a try at evening running- any tips?

Just done week 8 run 1 myself, agree on the podcast and for me, running on an evening helps clear the mind. Highly recommended !
