Well done!

3 ideas for your next steps in running:

1) Consolidation

2) Consolidation

3) Consolidation.

Don't set any immediate goals (pace, speed, distance, time). Just keep running for 30 minutes nice and slowly. You may already be amazed that you can actually run for 30 minutes. Keep running for 30 minutes until you know that every time you start, you are going to finish. If you get bored, run at different times of day, or on different routes (try planning a new 30 minute route online and then test it out), or try going for a 30 minute run and make the route up as you go along ("I wonder where this goes...?"). and definitively run in the rain.

At some point (without you planning it) you'll run a little further, or longer, or faster. Let your body decide what and when this is, don't try to plan it. And then you'll know that it is time to move on to your next goal (whatever that is). But there is no hurry... you have the rest of your running life ahead of you, so don't rush and get hurt.
