This run absolutely kicked my butt. I thought that after being able to complete week 5 run 3 that week 6 would be really easy but I was wrong. I'm going to attempt run 3 tonight or tomorrow night but I'm really nervous about it although I am a little relieved that the intervals have been done away with for the remaining weeks as I think they mess with mu rhyme...Wish me Luck

Those week 6 runs are tough intervals. They may have kicked your butt, but you’re past them and at the start line for the just running part of this plan. Great job. You got this.

Good luck! I’m with you. Did W6R1 yesterday which was harder than the 20 min non stop run at end of W5. Strange! Glad it’s not just me.
