I did it!! This run was a battle of will power between the voice in my head telling me to stop and Laura telling me to continue running. I made the mistake of choosing a new route, and it was busier than my usual route. The first twenty minutes were fine, but the last five minutes felt too hard, mainly because I was running uphill and I was overdressed and heated up too much.
I even had a neighbour ask me if I was ok - I was that red 😁 Oh well, better red than be in bed.

Ha ha...I’m laughing out loud at the “better red than be in bed” that’s me too, we need that slogan on a t shirt...I always think someone’s going to ask if I’m ok but don’t care anymore as getting fit. Well done on completing Week 6 and hello to Week 7. Good luck !
