Just done Wk5R1, for the second time. First was on the treadmill but today was outside. First five mins hard, but took the advice posted here and slowed down. Second and third five mins were better! Can't say I enjoyed it, but I did it. Next thing is breathing properly. Any tips?

Well done.

As we have told you before, if you can't breathe fully and deeply then you need to slow down.

You should be able to speak aloud, full ungasping sentences as you run, as detailed in the guide to the plan.
