Just realised I’ve done week 6 run 2 before run 1 - that’s what happens when I forget to wear my glasses and I choose the wrong week. I propose doing run 1 on Monday then run 3 on Wednesday or should I do run 2 again? What do you think? I don’t suppose it would hurt to repeat it, just feels like going backwards and I was doing so well - I really look forward to going out for my run now (I’ve even started wearing a cap (donated by my son) - I have never worn a cap in my life and felt very self-conscious - a bit of a fraud). However I am carrying on and feel more like a runner with every step I take. Thinking about the spring/summer months and whether I’ll have the guts to wear shorts - decisions, decisions 😄

i done a w9 one when i should have done an 8 but there is only 2 extra mins running.
