Day two of week five completed.
Not the best I've felt over the previous weeks, but its done. The two , eight mins jogging were quite challenging and make me wonder if twenty mins is too much to take on.

You’ve already come a long way - you can do it. It’s not supposed to feel easy but as long as you’re not seriously hurting then it’s your confidence that’s the issue, not your physical ability. Hang in there.
Thanks, i felt a little fatigued today I'll make the most of the rest day tomorrow. Friday is another day completely. 👌
Great job... we don’t finish every run feeling amazing, but if you complete then you’re ready for the next one. That 20 isn’t a huge step up... for your body it may be slightly easier than the run you’ve just done. Slow and steady is the key, especially in the first 10 minutes. You can do it!
I'll certainly approach the twenty with a lot of respect. So slow and steady it is.👌
It’s the run that broke me... I used to be fast over 3k many years ago... and yet I’d never run for 20 minutes non stop... I was really emotional when I crossed the line... wonderful run.
It will be a milestone for me.
I was chuffed to bits when I finished that run. Biggest smile on my face, prouder then than actually finishing C25k! Take it slow and steady at first and gauge how you feel. You may be able to step it up a bit for 5 mins in the middle. Key though is to ignore any gremlins in your head. It’s definitely a case of mind over matter.
Thanks, Sophia. I do think that slow and steady is the best way to tackle the 20 minute jog. I appreciate your advice and support.👌😃
