Run 1 of week 2 completedšŸ’ŖšŸ» Iā€™m loving how Iā€™m already feeling progress from last week.

As someone who is just getting into exercising, Iā€™m wondering how I can incorporate some strength training (mainly core and glutesšŸ‘ I want to improve, but a bit of everything will probably help!) into my routine without going overkill and burning out but I also am so motivated by seeing results.

Iā€™m also still quite insecure about exercising at a gym - and canā€™t really afford it on a tight student budget.

Anyone have any advice on home workouts I could do? And how to strike the right balance would be much appreciated! Thanks!
