1st physio done. Knee pain 😬

Went very well. The chap certainly knew what he was doing. It turned out the tightness from my buttocks and calf was in turn ending me up with knee pain. Apparently there is around 1inch less movement in my left leg! 😬

Been given a few stretches to do twice a day and no running for around 6 weeks! 😕

All should then hopefully be well!

Maybe it’s time to try some yoga!!!

Hopefully you get better with your physio good luck 😊

Fingers crossed. I was so happy to know that I hadn’t actually damaged my knee

Glad to hear you know where the issue really is and what to do to fix it. Yoga should be great alongside the physio.

Yep. It’s always good to get a proper explanation for what’s going on. Fingers crossed it will get everything sorted

Pilates or Yoga will be good. If you have stretches to do from the physio you may feel Pilates more helpful.

I will have to look into that. Not really sure what Pilates is ☺️. I’m not getting any younger so need to stretch more! 😂

Not tried any yet. But the stretches the physio chap gave me seem to be working. I will be back up running in no time 😎. Hopefully 😬
