I'm on week 3 about to do run 3 and I'm trying to mix up what I listen to. At the moment I just pick a Spotify play list, my current favourite is 90s rock, I'm such a 90s indie girl at heart! I have heard that some people like a podcast, does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
Emma

I’m a big music fan but I have a huge wide range of tastes. I also spend a LOT of time driving because of my job so I get bored of the same music!! Spotify has lots of running playlists, some of them are selected by bpm. What I do is search for a playlist at the bpm I want to run at, then take all the songs from there that I like and make my own playlist. So I started out with 145 bpm early on on the plan because I wanted to make an effort to run slowly. I am now running at 165 - 170 bpm, and have a lovely playlist of tracks at that speed. It helps to keep a nice steady rhythm, and as I get fitter and faster I just look for tunes with a faster bpm.
