Cannot believe I've finished the programme. It was a windy run and my fitbit told me I climbed 66 flights of stairs... well I felt every one of them. So pleased to have graduated. Now to get to the actual 5k. Only doing 4.3k atm but I'm so happy even with that. 9 weeks ago I couldn't even run for a full 60 seconds. Be encouraged because if I can do it then you can too. Thanks to everyone on here for your wise words as you've got me through some bag patches.
