First time running for 5 mins so a little bit apprehensive this morning. However there was a beautiful blue sky waiting so I went for it and to my surprise I really enjoyed myself. I felt so good that on the final 5 mins run I dug deep to see if I had any power left and there was definitely something there waiting to show itself so I feel confident that by pacing myself I will be able make it all the way through to the end of the programme. Jo informs me I am now a runner and I think I might be beginning to believe her - that first, difficult run of 60 seconds seems a long way in the past for me now - my future running life beckons - keep on going everyone you can do it 😁

Wow - that really gives me hope! I'm doing W3 R3 today, and am already a bit nervous about going longer than 3 mins!.... perhaps I might one day be a 'runner' too!
