Just did my w3 r1. It should have been a week ago but I was under the weather so thought I’d leave until I felt slightly better. I have to say it was an odd one. I wasent too nervous about it and my first 90 second run I thought yes this will be easy!! Got to the 3 minute run and so wanted to stop! It was windy and do hard but I kept going. Next 90 easy again and 2nd 3m easier than the first, didn’t quite feel like I was going to drop down like the first 3m. Tad confused as to why my time per km is not much different to my w2r1 though
