Thanks for your support. I was touched by your avatar, had to put my beloved Jack Russell to sleep two weeks ago still so painful. I used to walk so much with him will certainly miss that 😥

I know how you feel my previous dog was also a Jack Russell it's very hard but maybe in time you'll get a new friend . In the meantime c25k will give you a lot to think about and there's a lot of chat on here 😊😊
