No wisdom needed, you can definitely do this!!

Take your time, find your pace and go for it.

It's like any other run just take your time and if your struggling slow down even more you can do this😊

Don't smash.... serenely , slowly, and steadily, relax into the lovely long run... Perfect for letting the newly forming legs do what they have to.. and they know what they need to do...enjoy!!!!

Thank you

You can do it. Slow and steady and if possible pick out a route that finishes down hill

As everyone says take it nice and slow. I also did a new playlist - all new tracks I’d not run to before, but nice and slow ones (all Burt Bacharach!!) and things I hadn’t heard for years so I was nicely distracted while I πŸŒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ! And you are ready for this!

I did W6R3 on Thursday. My advice: 1) start slow and, only if you feel comfortable, then increase the pace. 2) If you have done 20 minutes, you can do 25, go for it. 3) Maybe avoid any hills as I made the stupid mistake of needing to run uphill for about a third of it and thought I was going to die. But for the rest I felt fine! GOOD LUCK although I'm sure you don't need it x

W6R3 in the bag. The downhill run towards the end definitely helped to spur me on and pick up pace and I actually felt like a runner πŸƒ. Thanks to everyone for their support 😊
