Last week l graduated 🎓☺️. So this week started to add strength training in between runs, the DOMS got me bad on my run today 😓😬however managed to do full 30mins for 3.4km.

Does any one else do strength training as well?

How do you cope with DOMS??

I hate DOMS! It keeps interfering with my running! I know strength work is important so I am keeping it up but wish my legs would hurry up and get stronger!
