Don't bother about your distance at the moment the point is you're finishing the runs . Once you complete c25k then you can work on things like distance and speed 😊😊
Great run. Don’t worry about the pace. Once you’ve graduated or consolidated your tracking app almost certainly has the ability to set up a run of a certain duration. To bag 5k you just need to extend one of your weekly runs by a few minutes at a time. Once you’re there the bridge to 10k forum has a plan that will help you speed up, if you feel that need.
