Well I made it..... Graduation run complete 
.... only completing 4km in the 30 mins so need to increase pace .... going to consolidate for a couple of weeks and see how pace goes before I decide how to move on 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏆🏆🏆

Congratulations!! and welcome on the podium. 4km is good! only 15% of people run 5km at graduation so nothing to worry about. Hope you have something nice to celebrate!

Congratulations Jazio on completing C25K and graduating, I understand its 10%, not 15% that can run a 5K in 30 minutes at graduation but I certainly don't want to start an argument about that. 😊

finally done it, completed week 9 run 3 of couch to 5 k today it was over a 2 week period though as
