Sixth-Form

Just completed week 5. It's a toughy! In sixth form and I've always been fit and healthy but there's no PE in sixth-form so I started to loose fitness a bit. Luckily I'm head girl and we got a petition together to give sixth-formers access to the school gym in free periods. Can anyone think of any other fitness tips to get us sixth-formers fit and healthy again bar this couch to 5k plan?

Welcome. And hurray for you who are taking this into your own hands early on 👏🏼🎉💕

If you check out the Health Unlocked site, which is the parent group for the NHS C25K , I think you’ll find several other groups & podcasts, for example Strength & Flexibility, which might lead you outwards.
