Bit worried today (on my rest day) about some pain on the back of my ankle, but having done some alternative exercises today, and specific warm up, cool down and stretches etc, I think I will be fine tomorrow for W2R3 so long as I warm up carefully. I will be doing yoga in the morning so that should be a good start to taking care of my body.
Not sure if I'm looking forward to the run or not... but I will be doing it... Definately!
