Running along with about 3 mins to go when I get my feet caught in plastic strapping that must have come out of a bin when the bin men emptied it. I now have a split lip a grazed head, knee, hand and glasses 😧☹️

This is horrid... what a start to your Graduation running...rest up a bit and maybe then a little bit of retail therapy as a post Graduation treat... You are worth it!

Very sorry to hear about that happening to you 'Runners' on your first 30-minute consolidation run after graduation, if it's really bad it might be a good idea to go to A&E.
