Hi I have registered on the Park run and I'm looking to try it this coming Saturday but I have only completed W4R3 so far on the C25k is it to early to go on the Park run I know I probably want run it all but just wanted to see what it's about. Could I do my W5R3 at the time?

We recommend that if you want to do parkrun while mid plan, that you stick to your programmed C25K workout and walk the remainder, just to avoid doing too much too soon.

Make sure you get there for the new runner's briefing and you can register your club as NHS C25K, if you wish.

Have a great time.

Yes many people who are doing C25K can run in a Parkrun on whatever week they are on, usually from run 3 of week 5 and beyond, in your case billiboy 12 if it's run 3 the 20 minutes of W5R3 you could run the first run of week 5 on Tuesday, run 2 on Thursday and run 3 at the parkrun on Saturday.
