Wow, that was absolutely fantastic!! Thought I’d make myself a new playlist for this one. Put uptempo tracks for the first half to help me through the toxic 10 (I don’t run to the beat lol) n settled into a nice steady pace, channeling the spirit of the little Japanese slow jogging guy.
Did lots of singing out loud n even the uphill bit near the end was easy today, though that might have been cos Tenacious D came on just as I got there to help me along 😁. I was actually disappointed when Jo Whiley announced it was over, I could easily have run for longer. No aches, pains, niggles or tightness cane along to spoil it either. All in all it was just a lovely joyful experience 😀

Congratulations SeejillRunon completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃, nice smiling happy photo of you Jill. 😊 🏃
So well done Jill....pure happiness on your face on completing it and so nice to see. I’m really impressed that you can sing out loud too, I may try singing tomorrow but unsure people want to hear that at 7am (will leave that to the birds) I’m sure your going to enjoy Week 6 🏃♀️
Thanks! There was no one about to hear me singing, that’s the only reason I did it 😂. Normally I can only sing under my breath, but I slowed it right down today so I didn’t run out of steam. Looking forward to the longer runs now 😁
