Consolidation Week 11

After a somewhat stressful day in A&E with my husband who's ok (won't go into details), then a supermarket shop and dog walk I felt I needed just a little Me Time and I'm just back from a run of 40mins 4.8km.

Never underestimate the effect running has on your mental wellbeing. It's exhausting but is a time to put things into perspective and thank that inner determination you're showing to calm the mind and not overthink things just for a short while.

Glad your husband is OK, just proves that after a stressful day running can ease the pressure off as you enjoyed your run.

Truly hooked when you start 'fitting in a quick run' 😁

A great post; running gives you the opportunity to switch off or think things through. Love the spring photo.
