Completed w8r1 this morning and honestly can't believe I did it. I remember in week one thinking I was never going to get this far, and literally dreading having to run for a dreaded 90 seconds in week 2!! Can't believe how far I've come and how much this app has helped me achieve! If you're having doubts about starting this journey and feel like it just won't work please just give it a go! You won't regret it!

Absolutely !! I'm one week behind you and agree with everything you've said. I definitely needed the forum and people's comments to get me this far - not sure I'd have managed without the support on here. Loving it. Here's to Graduation !!

Well done. I am at the same point in the programme as you and I feel I need to keep pinching myself to check the reality. I am so glad I stuck with it and I have learned a lot about myself on the way - like I am determined and my body (even at 60 yrs old and carrying quite a bit more than it should) is an amazing, responsive and forgiving thing.
