After 4 years I’m back trying C25K again!

Just finished my week 2 run 3 and so happy I’m doing this program again! I remember, although it wasn’t easy or anything that it really did start to make me feel much better in my health, physique and mind. My knees are hurting a bit though, so not so sure what to do about that?! Otherwise, it’s great to be back. Inspiration for taking up C25K again - I’m getting married and I really want to feel healthier and better in myself, lose weight and also find my dream dress! 😊
