Can't believe I just ran for 20 minutes straight.....and felt fine!!

I am truly amazed how well this guide works, especially as I wouldn't consider myself before as any kind of runner, am really looking forward to the next week of running and can't wait to get that graduation badge!!

How is everybody else getting on?

Well done - a fantastic achievement! Enjoy the next few weeks- they’re amazing! I think I’ve finally consolidated my runs post graduation and am now adding duration to one run a week. I’m a very slow runner so not doing 5k in those 30 mins - but absolutely loving running - and I thought I’d die on my first run! C25K is a blooming miracle!

Great to hear you’re still making progress, DR. I haven’t even hit 4K yet 😂

My last run was 40 minutes - about 4k - I’m proud to be a snail! x

Well done ! Getting through 5:3 is a real achievement ! A lot of people feel overconfident going into week 6 and suffer for it - keep it slow and steady and you’ll be fine. Happy running 😀

Thank you! I'm hoping I continue this way, did 4.5k in the 20 minutes and felt comfortable, I have signed up for a 10k run at the start of June so am hoping I'll be ready by then!
