Well back off hols and was determined to get back to it. It would be so easy to sink into the old ways. But no have now done my first w8 run. Increased speed a bit and got through it. For all you newbies or those struggling I never thought I'd get this far. If I can do it you all can. 50 in a couple of weeks and looking forward to graduating before then. Feeling good.

Brilliant! It’s such an amazing thing isn’t it?! I felt exactly the same, was bright red after W1R1 and now I can run (very slowly mind) for 40 minutes! Well done and enjoy the next few weeks - it’s such a fantastic feeling!
