3rd run of first week done yesterday. Really couldn’t be bothered but took Archie and we made around together. Not sure what a ‘brisk’ walking pace is but at least I’m moving!

Hi! I found R3 quite hard too; the general thought seems to be the possibility that I hadn’t drunk enough water the previous day. W2 will be interesting! Enjoy!
