2 months after I graduated I finally run 5k tonight, can’t believe how far I have come!

Congratulations muppedo for running your first 5K. There are several milestone runs on C25K, the first is the very first run of week 1, the second is the third run of week 5. The most important run is the third run of week 9, your graduation run. After you graduate the next milestone run is the run you have just ran, the first full 5K, well done.

I suppose to many people here on C25K to run a sub 30 minute 5k would also be considered a great achievement.
