I have not ran since Valentine's day, I got to run 2 of week 4, and got tendonitis in my ankle. I feel so fed up I was really enjoying my runs, 2 weeks on my ankle is still swollen and can be painful at the end of the day.

Awwwww! That’s tough! I assume you have sought medical advice? If so Just be patient and get back out there when you can. In the meantime try doing some other form of exercise that won’t hurt your ankles. Hang in there!

Yes I went to the doctors as it was very painful but it is getting easier each day, walking was a struggle to begin with. I will take my time and wait for it to heal thank you 😊
