Just got back from dropping the kids off in school and a run. Before I caught a virus I was on w8r2, this morning thought I'd do 20 mins and see how it goes, got to 25 before my chest said enough š so pleased this dratted infection has nearly gone and it's only put me back a week. Felt like I'd won gold at the Olympics when I'd finished š¤£
