Friday I managed to complete the full thing. Thursday I only managed half.

Today is D5R1 (missed the weekend) I'm doing 1 again as I think I can do it again.

Hoping the will help me lose weight

If you've completed a run move on no need to repeat and remember those rest days inbetween good luck
