Just done my 2nd shuffle! Thought the podcast was a bit quiet kept trying to turn it up on headphones.....they’d come unplugged 🤪 Anyways 2nd one didn’t feel any different to 1st. Are you supposed to do 3 runs over 7 days? Or is it just every other day? Thanks folks.

I did my runs every other day ..where possible anyway, sometimes life gets in the way but I did them as near to every other day as I could.
