I passed wk6r2 fine. Woke up with sciatica and had to have a week out and Instead of running I walked. But when I started back i went back on a milder wk3 r1to see how my back was, was good so then went back to wk6r3. I did it but I was begging for it to end. The next run I struggled and stopped twice on wk7r1 and did a redo today....I did it, but still feel like I dragged myself to the end.

Fantastic what a great spirit. I feel I’m am starting to struggle now at week 4.

While I am starting to enjoy some parts of the run, I am still waiting for the I love running to kick in. 😬

But the achievements are keeping me going. Well done 👍

I have waves of feelings for it- from feeling great and on top of the world to what am I doing and despondent. I suppose we just need to remind ourselves of that first run and how far we have come since then.

Well, you know, I dragged myself through W1R1... nothing wrong with it being a struggle, especially after injury/illness. Struggling but finishing just shows how tough you are... and every runner on the planet has a tough day from time to time... you just had a practice in dealing with that, and... breaking news... you aced it!

Enjoy that next run.

Only could do 20min run again today. Will keep trying, but I seem to have a nemesis and beating it will feel only sweeter.
