We are.very proud ...... a bit of faffage this morning but we ran through it 🏃♂️
So - Cava for me and fresh chicken breasts for Bert and Stan!
I’ll wait till the morning before I start thinking about running plans for the future ..... but I think it will start with at least 3 weeks of running for 30 mins every other day; who knows I might make the magic 5k!!
Thanks to everyone here who has encouraged and motivated ..... even when you didn’t know you were doing it!

Congratulations! Very well deserved treats for you all. Celebrating is the most important thing to think about today, well maybe apart from the football, you achieved something that was impossible a couple of months ago. What you’re thinking re running 30 minutes for 3 weeks or so is the recommended path as it happens... run them until it gets comfortable/easy.
Whatever your next running adventure, rest assured you now have a great base to achieve those goals... and have lots of fun.
Well done, Stratters & Team! 👏🏼🎉🎉🎓🍾🎉 Big journey, safely accomplished. It’s been fun - in its own special way - hasn’t it? My goodness that February podium is getting crowded. 😄👍 Enjoy that cava 🍾💨😊
YEAH!!!! YOU DID IT !! and you look so well on it (and the dogs), yeah I think you enjoy relaxing a bit and not planning. Incidentally I plan on doing the same, just running for 30 minutes every other day and see after when I'm not so busy. Hope you are partying the night away!
It’s Tuesday you do your grad run? Hope it goes as well as the last few .... know we’ll keep on touch over the next runs. Maybe see you in a marathon (or at least 10k) race at some stage? 😎🤣
5k , 10k, HM , marathon .... all the same .. you can do them all in time. - as can I - just not rushing! I think i’ll wait till I’m sober before commiting to much more!
Looking forward to your speech on Tuesday!
And don’t forget if you ever want to run in the sun , as a HU supporter You are always welcome to stay here and experience the mozzies and humidity of the Costa Azahar!
Tales of woe here ..... got a nail through my foot on Easter Sunday ...... just about healed and then on Saturday I fell over whilst walking home up the mountain (in the dark) - I’m bruised!
Interesting though - it’s not the physical side I miss - it’s the mental lift and feelings of well being. I hope I can get back to it after I take some Exams this week...... i’ll Have to be up early though, close to 30 degrees now every afternoon 😅
Yeah! Pleased to hear from you but sorry about your tales... I "like" your easter Jesus experience parallel, I hope it's getting better though. It's so true, it's not the fitness, it's how it makes you feel but you'll soon be back at it, although slowly by the sounds of the heat!!
