W6 R1 in the sunshine 🌞

It’s a glorious sunny spring morning here on the east coast so top on , shorts and running shoes on, AirPods in and off I went for week 6 run 1. Started the app but 3 or so mins into the first run I noticed the app had paused at 25 seconds!!! Argh!! Luckily had started run app on my watch so could keep track but It is deflating when you look at the app and it hasn’t moved and you’re sweating your a**e off

Anyway completed this run 4.50km in 30 mins including the 2 x 3 min walks (I don’t include the warm up walk) so pretty happy with myself

Onto week2 tomorrow

I’m guessing you must have graduated by now? I hope so... I saw your post and have had the same problem with my AirPods on both my last 2 runs (pausing the C25K) it’s very annoying! I had run for at least 18 minutes today & Jo Wiley suddenly said you’ve done 5 minutes!! 😳 Did you solve the issue? I can’t run without my music but wonder if skipping a song causes the programme to pause? Any tips on tech gratefully received as I’m just moving into week 9 & hope to graduate at Park run next Saturday... 🙏

No not graduated, it’s coming next week and like you, hope to finish it at the local park run. Got a footy injury which knocked me back a week but the end is almost in sight! I say the end, I’m training for GNR so plenty more miles left to run.

As for the app, I now lock my screen out and don’t touch it. Never failed since.
