Chuffed today. Completed the W6R2 run with ease. 2 weeks ago I set off on this run and my calf muscle popped with 2 minutes left so I’ve had to recover. Started week 6 again, apprehensive that I would trigger a new injury. Run 2 today under blue skies saw me hit 5:20km splits. Very pleased
