Been loving getting out for my runs but today woke up with sore throat and a cold! Hopefully the cold and flu will kick In soon as going out for run on my lunch break! Normally I would just give up but I’m so determined to finish my plan especially as on my week 6 run 3 I had the volume on to low and ran through my walk cool down so I know I can do it!

Just remember if you are full of cold your body may get tired quicker, be gentle on yourself. Running on your lunch break though .. hats off to that for determination.
Ha ha all was good ! 3.2 miles in 40 min including the walk warm up and cool down!
