I graduated on my Sons 8th Birthday. We only frequent McDonalds a couple of times a year, but had made a promise to go so I celebrated with my family in McDonalds.

But I properly celebrated a few days later at my local Parkrun.

Haha!!! Great! We hardly go to McD but I do like their fish burgers. Defo an option.

Good question...

I want to celebrate when I succeed too. No food though...actually maybe a curry if I delay the celebration with the Eurovision (my tradtion).

Hmmm a nice item to purchase or massage?

I went for a Run! 😂

Seriously though - I wish I had done something special, but I think I was so darned surprised that I had actually done it I was in shock :)

I just walked home and posted that if done it. Two days later I was still starting my run thinking 'Can I really run that long?' :)

So - what I did to mark the occasion was buy a Movie Poster I'd been wanting a long time and now could treat myself to without havering over "a bit much to spend on myself" Gremlins :)

Haha brilliant! I understand about the doubt. I ran 20mins last week and have a doubt I can’t do it this week. Loved the movie gremlins.

I saw the movie on a ship...in the middle of a major gale...seldom have I been as sick in my life....parts of the movie sure didn't help :)

I graduated on the morning after the Manchester bomb, so no celebration but rather a determination to be strong, unbowed and unbeaten....
