Feeling surprised and slightly anxious that I’m moving onto week 4. Going for local gait analysis on Tuesday. Week 3 has stepped up a gear but I’m still standing. Any tips moving forward would be appreciated.

Just keep doing what you're doing the plan works 😊

People told me but I don’t think I took it in but the plan does work so stick to it. Run slower, stretch, rest and smile 😊 How exciting about new shoes, we all await the photo!

Welcome. No need to feel anxious - clearly you are doing fine! 😄 If it feels tough, slowing down usually works. I’ve moved on gradually from snail to tortoise.... enjoy the new shoes!!!

Well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. For me the biggest thing is believing in the plan and believing in Me. I always go out with a positive attitude. I'm a big believer in if you think your going to fail you probably will. So above all enjoy 😊 go slow and believe in the plan and yourself. Good luck 🍀😊🏃🏽‍♀️
