Just repeat the run... and keep it slow and steady:)

Well done for getting out there and trying. I found it difficult in the beginning to go slow enough to get my breathing right. It was only by about week four that the breathing sorted itself out and that was after I slowed down to the extent that I could probably have walked faster. So my advice would be to try run 2, and go really really slowly, but enjoy it.

Well done for starting...take it easy. Take the run slowly and steadily...be kind to yourself. So you only did 17 minutes, that 17 minutes more than you did yesterday, so well done. Give yourself a high five. So day off tomorrow, then run 2 - enjoy it, you can do it. Please let us know here how you go. Happy running :)

I would just go for run 2 - if I recall it's exactly the same...see how you go. Early days, enjoy and be very kind to yourself, please. If at end of week 1 you're not happy you could always do it again...but when run's don't go to plan just put it down to experience, and move on! There will be good days, fantastic runs when you feel you can run forever, and there will be ones when they're not - but these are few. Remember, you can do it! Enjoy .

Please do repeat Run 1..no point in moving on until you are comfortable with it:)

Dont worry you've just started a new exercise, repeat the run again until you can complete it fully before moving on, you can do this 😊😊
