Hi, yes the + podcasts have been used by many and even ‘old timers’ use them in their training for variety. They’re not easy but they certainly help. My favourite is the speed as it’s quick 😊 (i.e.short) followed by stamina. Hope you enjoyed your personal park run and we’re first in your age cat 😀🏅

I graduated mid week and yesterday did the + podcast “stepping stone” (with Laura). I found it pretty good for keeping in pace with and for a bit of variety, although I could imagine some people may not like the music! I found it drove me on though, and am going to use it again along with the other two podcasts. Good luck with the last two Week 9 runs - nearly there! 😊👍🏻
