Week 6, Run 3 done

Went out last night and did the 25min run, felt good and strangely felt stronger and longer strides at the end.

I used to suffer badly from shin splint pain when I ran years ago but have been wearing compression footless socks from ankle to knee. They seem to be working, only a few £

Highly recommend wearing them

Well done.

Be careful about lengthening stride too much.........it leads to greater impact stresses.
