I found that better than I thought, although I do like the walk bits still so will Run 3 be ok ??

I also had my music on too loud so maybe it drowned the sound of my body groaning haha. I’m now looking forward to the 20minute run with confidence.

Enjoy it - I did it this morning. It felt easier without the break in the middle. I just focused on my music and I surprised myself by finding it easier than I expected. I actually enjoyed it too :-) Think how far we have come :-)

I know what you mean about the walk, I love it but I found picking up the 2nd run harder than how I felt when I finished the 1st run.

I did too and ironically I think run 3 was much easier than run 2 - I am sure it is the break that is the issue as you lose the rhythm. I slowed down a little at times (around the 10 minutes mark and 15 minute mark) but then I seemed to regain energy each time for next bit. You can do this :-)

Me too today. 20 mins here we come on Sunday!! I love the walking bits but I could feel today that I could run further. Just not sure 20 minutes flat! We will see.
